Delivery Policy:

Sadeen cosmetics will deliver the products with 2-4 working days.

Sadeen only delivers its products within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Delivery of the products are fulfilled through Aramex and Jeebly, the rate per each separate order is 4 JOD and we offer free delivery for orders with an amount higher than 40 JOD.

Sadeen Cosmetics will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Jordan.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund Policy:

 If you request a refund, Sadeen will refund the full amount only to the original payment method that was used to make the booking.

Refunds of payments will be made in the case customer wants to return a product in its unused condition within 7 days of receiving the product

Once a refund is requested, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case you wish to cancel an order placed before being shipped, a refund of the full amount of the amount paid will be processed within “ 5-7 “ days.
